Services

What we do

Every visit is with one therapist, alone with you. You decide what we do and how fast.

Your privacy

Writing to us does not ask for your history

The form on this site is short on purpose. We only need to know how to reach you.

Our form does not ask for:

  • Your condition or your symptoms

  • Your diagnosis or your medications

  • The reason for your visit

  • Your date of birth

  • Your insurance number

How to start

Three steps, at your pace

  1. 01

Step 1: You write or call

By phone, on WhatsApp or with the form. We pick a time and check your benefits.

  2. 02

    Step 2: First visit

About an hour, alone with your therapist. You talk, she watches how you move and explains what she finds. Everything is with your permission.

  3. 03

Step 3: Your plan, at your pace

You agree together on what to do, how often to meet and what to practice at home. You can change the plan whenever you want.

We check your benefits before the first visit. If you pay without insurance, we give you a written estimate.

Questions

What people ask most

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

In Illinois, you can start without a referral. Your plan may still ask for one. If you are not sure, call or message us and we will check with you.

Does my insurance cover this?

We work with many PPO plans and with Medicaid. Before your first visit we check your benefits and call you to explain what we find. Your plan has the final say.

What if I pay myself?

We give you a written estimate before your first visit. We also keep a few reduced-fee spots: ask us.

How long is a visit and who sees me?

The first visit takes about an hour. A licensed physical therapist sees you alone, with the door closed. It is the same therapist at every visit.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on what we find in the exam, on your goals and on how your body responds. We talk it through at the first visit and review it at every visit.
